Groomer Supply House is sharpener owned and groomer focused. GSH was created with groomers in mind to offer a high quality yet still affordable option after noticing a gap in the market. We like to work with groomers on testing and receiving feedback for new products so that our products can best meet your needs. Groomer Supply House started out as Gem Grooming Supply but made the change to GSH in July 2022 to better encompass the brand, our goals, and to be more inclusive of the market. Groomer Supply House's goal is to be your one stop shop for all things grooming. We welcome constructive feedback and product requests.

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, unmodified, undamaged, and in their original/resellable condition to be eligible for a return.
Returns requested within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a refund once the item has been received and inspected.
Returns requested between 31–60 days may be eligible for store credit.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shears will be shipped out United States Postal Service shipping times may vary due to holidays and location to our shipping address. We strive to get all orders processed within a 48 hour time period. We will attach your email to stamps.com and will receive your tracking information through an email from that address. If you do not receive a tracking number please contact us at info@fwshaver.com with your order number and we will provide a tracking number.
