This comb is very conparible to the 200+ ustumi comb that looks and acts similar to this comb, for a quarter of the price. I've been wanting a comb with closer pins for fluffing and detail work and this comb is absolutely perfect! If you want a high quality finishing comb this is the go to!

The Aurora comb has quickly become one of my favorite tools for hand-scissoring prep. The fine/medium tooth spacing is perfect for lifting and separating coat, especially on curly or dense-haired breeds. When I feel the hair hit the purple line, I get that extra pull for a thorough fluff — it really helps lift the coat just right for clean, precise scissoring.

The comb has a great weight and balance in hand, making it comfortable to use for extended periods. I’ve noticed a real difference in the smoothness of my finish work since adding this to my grooming kit. Highly recommend it to anyone serious about their scissoring work!
